Xiaomi’s upcoming global launch event, which will be held on March 15, will see the arrival of the Xiaomi 12 series of flagship phones. The Chinese manufacturer has now confirmed that the same platform will also see the Xiaomi Watch S1 Active smartwatch. While the company is yet to confirm its details, the rumour mill has already spilled a lot of information about the device.
Xiaomi Watch S1 Active specifications (rumoured)
The Watch S1 Active will debut as a new variant of the Xiaomi Watch S1, which debuted in China in December 2021. Recently, Pricebaba revealed the entire specs of the Watch S1 Active. According to the report, the smartwatch will come with a round-shaped AMOLED display that measures 1.43 inches. It will be equipped with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The Watch S1 Active will house a 470mAh battery, which may last for up to 12 days on a single a charge. With GPS activated, the Watch S1 Active may last for up to 30 days. The smartwatch can be completely charged in about 2 hours.
When it comes to health tracking, the Watch S1 Active will track heart rate, SpO2, sleep, stress, and energy levels. It will come with support for 117 workout modes.
The Watch S1 Active will come with support for GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / BDS. In addition, it will be equipped with support for Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The smartwatch will be compatible with devices running on Android 6.0 or above and iOS 10.0 or higher.
The other features of the Xiaomi Watch S1 Active include 5ATM water resistance, and a 22mm TPU/rubber strap. While there is no word on its pricing, it is expected to arrive in three colors such as black, white, and blue.
