A couple of POCO phones are already in the pipeline currently including the POCO F4 and the POCO X4 5G, but a new trademark shows that more are on the way. As spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma, POCO is working on launching a duo with model numbers 22041216UG and 22041216G in India — and these were actually rumored to belong to the Redmi Note 12 series.
More POCO devices coming up. These will come to India as well under the POCO branding, as per the model numbers. The devices were so far rumoured to belong to the Redmi Note 12 series, by the way.#Xiaomi #Redmi #POCO pic.twitter.com/4T7m8k1sNu

Not much is known about the Redmi Note 12 series as of now but a tipster did state that it’s set to launch in Q2 2022, meaning between April and June. Considering we’ve already reached March, we expect more info about the series to start surfacing soon.
Multiple models of the Chinese Redmi Note 12 series make their way to global markets as POCO rebrands, so it’s likely that both of the models mentioned in the trademarks will get treated the same. Both models also have very similar model numbers so it’s likely they’ll belong to the same lineup and have very similar specs.
POCO, on March 9th had shared a teaser video on Twitter with “Coz the mad don’t care!” alongside a “#MadeOfMAD is coming soon” in the caption. While it would be a stretch to think it referred to the aforementioned duo, there is no doubt that POCO is set to expand its lineup significantly in the next couple of months.
Currently, the most trending upcoming launch in India looks to be the POCO X4 Pro which is being continually teased by POCO.
