Xiaomi has just launched a new product in India. It is the new Portable Electric Air Compressor 1S. As the name suggests, its a pocket sized travel companion that offers up to 5 inflating modes.
The new product is compatible with cars, bikes, new electric vehicles, and more. The Portable Electric Air Compressor 1S offers multipurpose use and arrives with an increased inflation performance of up to 45.5 percent. It even features an Auto Pressure Check feature that helps in detecting the air pressure in the tire/ball when connected. Apart from this, it offers 5 inflating modes, which includes modes Free mode, Bicycle mode, Motorcycle mode, Car mode, and Ball mode.
The device has a sleek and premium design with a Dot matrix digital display that shows the pressure values . The Air pressure sensors have also been upgraded from a analog to a digital chip for improved accuracy. The device is powered by a lithium batteries and can be charged via a USB Type C port. Notably, the Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 1S can inflate any tire within the 0 to 150 psi range, which means it is ideal for motorbikes, cars, bicycles, and even sporting equipment like basketballs and footballs.
It takes just 11 minutes to inflate a small car’s tires and 3 minutes to fully inflate a motorcycle’s tire. The device also arrives with various safety measures that helps avoid over inflating. This mechanism also automatically stops the tire from inflating past its preset pressure. It also comes with an SOS flash feature in scenarios of night time emergencies. As of right now, the Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 1S is available in India for an introductory price of 2,799 INR (roughly 37 US Dollars) and is available on the brand’s crowdfunding platform in a single black variant.
