After launching the Honor 60 and 60 Pro smartphones, the Honor 60 SE smartphone was launched by the company last month in the Chinese market and has been available for purchase in the country for a few weeks now.
Now, a new variant of the Honor 60 SE with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage is up for pre-sale at a price of 2,799 yuan (~$440). It will be available for pre-order starting today and will go on sale from 25th March.

Prior to this, the device was being sold in two models — 8GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at 2,199 yuan and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage costing 2,499 yuan.
As for the specifications, the Honor 60 SE features a 6.67-inch OLED hyperbolic screen with 2400 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ screen resolution along with support for a 120Hz refresh rate and 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It also has support for a Smart Memory Engine that can use 2GB of storage space as memory.
In the camera department, the Honor 60 SE smartphone comes with a triple-camera setup on the back that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front side, there’s a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.
The device runs the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box with the company’s own Magic UI 5.0 on top. It is powered by a 4,300mAh battery and comes with support for 66W Super Fast Chare technology.
