In its earlier days, OnePlus used to release only one smartphone per year. The number increased to two with the introduction of the OnePlus T series. Then, the number doubled to four with the Pro models. Now, years later, the number keeps shooting up after the launch of the Nord lineup and merger with OPPO. So far, the brand has released 2 phones in 2022. According to a tipster, there will be at least 6 more OnePlus-branded smartphones this year.
Yogesh Brar has shared a rough launch timeline for the upcoming OnePlus handsets. His tweet lists 6 devices that will be making their debut starting this month till Q3. We believe that there could be even more phones as he hasn’t mentioned successors to entry-level Nord models.
Anyway, let’s take a look at the release schedule for these handsets.
OnePlus 2022 Smartphone Launch Timeline
- March – OnePlus 10 Pro
- April – OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite
- Late April/Early May – OnePlus Nord 2T
- May – OnePlus 10R
- July – OnePlus Nord 3 (Oneplus Nord Pro)
- Late Q3 – OnePlus 10 Ultra (OnePlus 10 Pro+)
All the aforementioned phones have leaked in the past. Additionally, one of them, the OnePlus 10 Pro, is on sale in China since January.
