Android Central reported that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be arriving with the Dimensity 8100 chipset and 150W fast charging support. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has tipped the specs of the upcoming Dimensity 8100 powered OnePlus phone. It seems that he could be talking about the forthcoming Nord 3.
Alleged OnePlus Nord 3 specifications (rumored)
According to the Chinese tipster, the Dimensity 8100 powered OnePlus smartphone will be equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that will deliver a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. Probably, it will carry support for a 120Hz refresh rate. Most OnePlus phones available in the market have a punch-hole placed at the upper-left corner of the screen. However, the upcoming D8100 phone will have the punch-hole placed at the top-center position.
The alleged Nord 3 will be equipped with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will be packed with a 4,500mAh battery. One of the major attractions of the device will be that it will carry support for 150W fast charging.
Coming to the optics, the purported Nord 3 will arrive with a 16-megapixel camera for shooting selfies. The rear camera module will have a Sony IMX766 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel snapper.
The leak further states that the device will be equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner and an X-axis linear motor. The device is likely to come preinstalled with the latest Android 12 OS.
The specifications of the alleged OnePlus Nord 3 suggests that it will be a rebadged version of the Realme GT Neo3, which is all set to launch on March 22 in China. It is speculated that the Nord 3 will be launching in India by May end or early June.
