Chinese startup Realme launched the GT2 and GT2 Pro for the global market but there hasn’t been any word on the Indian launch, well, until now. The company has shared a teaser on Twitter which revealed the launch date of the Realme GT2 Pro in India. Although the teaser poster featured the GT2 Pro, the now-deleted tweet has the hashtag #realmeGT2series which is an indication that the company will launch the GT2 as well. The models are scheduled to be launched

As a reminder, the Realme GT2 series packs an “innovative bio-based design” for the rear panel and that is the main teaser on the poster. The GT2 Pro packs a 6.7-inch AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with a Quad HD+ resolution and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The models are powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is present under which is paired with LPPDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For optics, the GT2 Pro packs a triple camera setup at the rear comprising of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main shooter, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 150-degree FOV, and a 2-megapixel microscope camera. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front camera. The GT2 series run on the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 and packs an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
