NIU MQiGT EVO e-scooter was unveiled in November 2021 during the Milan Motorcycle Show and it is now making its way into the European market. The MQiGT EVO is NIU’s fastest and most powerful electric scooter yet and it will also enter the North American and Israeli markets subsequently.
Europe is NIU’s major hub and it was important that the first deliveries of its fast and powerful e-scooter were done there. The NIU MQiGT EVO looks similar to some of the company’s previous models but it comes with some added functionalities, speed, power, and range. The performance specs of the new scooter are quite impressive.
It has a top speed of 100km/h which is the best so far among NIU e-scooters. The NIU MQiGT EVO e-scooter has a 5kWh electric motor that provides the needed power and speed rating.
NIU says the MQiGT can comfortably compete with 125cc models in the market whether petrol or electric. It also has a better acceleration time than most of its peers in the market, thanks to the powerful electric motor which can peak at 6.5kW. Deliveries will proceed across Europe, Israel, and North America in the coming weeks.
