At the end of the previous month, Samsung announced the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A73 5G smartphones in India. However, at that time, the company did not confirm the pricing and availability of both smartphones. It was confirmed earlier this week that the Galaxy A73 will be available for purchase starting today (April 6), with a starting price of Rs 41,999 ($554). Now, it has also confirmed the pricing of the Galaxy A33 5G.
Samsung Galaxy A33 5G price in India
The Galaxy A33 5G has arrived in India in two options. The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of the A33 5G is priced at Rs 28,499 (~$376). On the other hand, its 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage edition is priced at Rs 29,999 (~$395).
Buyers can choose from Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue, and Awesome Peach.The phone can be bought through Samsung India’s online store and in stores across the country.
Samsung Galaxy A33 5G specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G has a 6.4-inch S-AMOLED teardrop notch screen that produces a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It has a 13-megapixel camera on the front for snapping selfies. Its back panel has an OIS-ready 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter, a 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth helper.
The all-new Exynos 1280 SoC powers the Galaxy A33 5G. It ships with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The handset comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. However, its package includes a 15W charger. It boots to Android 12 OS and One UI 4.1 and is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
