OPPO A57 5G has debuted in China. It has arrived as the company’s first Dimensity 810 powered smartphone from the brand. The OPPO A57 5G has a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel that supports an HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 269ppi pixel density, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. The device is equipped with an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 13-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (portrait) dual-camera setup on the back.
The OPPO A57 5G is fuelled by the Dimensity 810 chipset. The device is equipped with 6 GB / 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The 6 GB RAM variant of the phone comes with 128 GB of UFS 2.1 storage, whereas the 8 GB RAM model comes with 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The A57 5G has a 5,000mAh battery that supports only 10W charging. For security, it has a side-facing fingerprint scanner and carries support for face unlock. The 8GB + 128GB edition of the OPPO A57 5G is priced at 1,499 Yuan (~$235). The pricing of the 6GB + 128GB variant is yet to be confirmed. The handset comes in three colors such as Quiet Night (black), Lilac, and Dark Blue.
