Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has launched the Redmi A58 2022 TV in China. The smart TV is already on pre-sale and will go on sale at 0:00 on April 28. It carries an original price of 1,699 yuan (~$259) but will be sold for the first time for 1,599 yuan (~$244).
The Redmi A58 2022 smart TV model is equipped with a rare 58-inch screen with a unique metal full-screen design. The display comes with a 4K resolution and a screen ratio of 95.4% with reduced bezels providing an immersive viewing experience.
In terms of configuration, the Redmi A58 2022 TV is equipped with a quad-core processor backed by 1.5GB of RAM while there is 8GB of flash memory onboard the smart TV. The device is equipped with two 10W speakers providing a robust treble and richer bass output, creating a more immersive stereo sound, known as a cinema-like auditory feast at home.
The smart TV is equally equipped with two USB ports, two HDMI interfaces, an AV interface, and a network cable interface, among others. The TV also features support for a single-band 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
The smart TV can also be connected with other smart home gadgets such that it can control other connected gadgets. Furthermore, it covers mainstream screen projection protocols, and can easily realize multi-screen linkage through mobile phones, notebooks, and third-party software.
