The company says the manufacture of high-quality products is a great way of shoring up consumer loyalty. It has thus continued to implement strict quality controls in all facets of its operations.
In pursuit of excellence, Oppo opened its QE Reliability Lab in India a few years back. Oppo says seemingly simple decisions culminate from rigorous research, planning, and development. When Oppo delivers its flagship models like the Oppo F21 Pro recently launched, they are the result of thousands of man-hours of work in research and development. The manufacturing process itself also takes a lot of work to figure out. A seemingly simple design like the Sunset Orange leatherette back of the F21 Pro has gone through a crucible of excellence, as it were.
Each new Oppo product goes through a rigorous stress and simulation cycle to establish its durability. These tests and simulations are carried out in Oppo’s Reliability Lab and they must pass the various tests before they arrive as a commercial product. This increased focus on durability by Oppo is certainly great news for consumers. In addition to some extended update cycles for new devices, users could be able to use their smartphones for longer periods.
