In August 2021, Vivo announced the Vivo Y21 smartphone in India. This year, the company launched a couple of Y21-branded phones, such as the Vivo Y21T, Y21e, Y21A, and Y21G. Mumbai-based Mahesh Telecom has released a new update, and it says that the Vivo Y21 and Y21e phones have been cut in price by Rs 500 (~$6.5) in India, which means that they now cost less.

The Vivo Y21 comes in two choices: 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. At launch, they were priced at Rs 13,990 (~$182) and Rs 15,490 (~$202), respectively. It is available for a starting price of Rs 13,490 (~$176) after the discount.

Vivo Y21, Vivo y21 price cut

On other hand, the Vivo Y21e with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage has been available for Rs 12,990 (~$169) since launch. With the price cut, it will be available for Rs 12,490 (~$163). As of this writing, the Y21 listings available on leading e-commerce sites and Vivo India’s website are yet to be updated with the revised pricing. As far as the Vivo Y21e is concerned, it is available with revised pricing on Flipkart.

The above poster reveals that Vivo is running a new offer for the buyers of the Vivo Y21 and Vivo Y21A in India. Owners of One card can available a cash back of Rs 1,000 (~$13) on both smartphones until May 10.

Vivo Y21 specifications

The Vivo Y21 features a 6.51-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. It has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) dual-camera setup. The Helio P35 chipset powered phone offers up to 4 GB of RAM, up to 128 GB of built-in storage, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. It comes preinstalled with Android 11 OS and FunTouch OS 11.1. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Vivo Y21e specifications

The Vivo Y21e features the Snapdragon 680 chipset. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The rest of the specs of the phone are identical to the Vivo Y21. Both phones can be purchased in Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow colors.
