A few months back, the Samsung Galaxy A72 received the Android 12 update in Russia bringing a host of new features to the mid-range device. Now, the latest update has arrived in Brazil.

The Samsung Galaxy A72 is now receiving the One UI 4.1 update based on Android 12 OS. The update has the build number A725MUBU4BVC1 and is sized at 1.2GB. It brings the March 2022 security patch. Do note that the company did release the Android 12 build for the device last month in the region, but it had One UI 4.0.

Anyway, the One UI 4.1-based update is here and the A72 users can check for it in Settings. If you own a Galaxy A72, you should get the update notification provided that you reside in Brazil. As to what it brings? It has the updated Samsung Wallet, which now supports personal documents. It brings some updated proprietary apps. There’s also software improvement for the camera.

Released back in 2021, the Samsung Galaxy A72 has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution. It has a 64MP + 8MP + 12MP + 5MP quad-camera system at the rear and a 32MP front camera. It is powered by the Snapdragon 720G SoC and has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device has a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
