Last week, the Huawei Band 7 was launched at the Mate Xs 2 Chinese launch event. Now, the smart band is available for purchase in the Chinese market.

The Huawei Band 7 comes in two variants. The standard variant costs 269 yuan (~$40) while the NFC variant is priced at 309 yuan (~$46). It comes in four color options – Wild Green, Flame Red, Obsidian Black, and Nebula Pink.

The successor of the popular Band 6 comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with194 x 368 pixels resolution. It is also among the slimmest and lightest smart bands measuring 9.99mm and weighing just 16 grams.
The smart band gets access to the “Always On” feature at the cost of some battery life. The Huawei Band 7 features sensors like an accelerometer, gyro sensor, and heart rate sensor. Its SpO2 sensor can also detect early signs of sleep apnea by monitoring the blood-oxygen levels of users during sleep.
The Band 7 gets access to 96 sports modes including swimming which is possible due to its 5ATM waterproof rating. On a full charge, the battery is claimed to last up to 14 days. It comes with a lot of customization options as Huawei has provided over 7000 watch faces for the Band 7.
