The Honor 70 series launch is just around the corner. But prior to its official release, the company’s top end model from this lineup has been spotted on GeekBench, which revealed some of its key specifications.
In the popular benchmarking platform, the Chinese smartphone maker’s Honor 70 Pro+ was listed with the model number HPB-AN00. Looking at the GeekBench entry, we can see that the upcoming flagship smartphone managed to score 649 points in the single core tests and 2661 points in the multi core tests on GeekBench 5. Furthermore, the device will be equipped with an octa core MediaTek processor that has a 3.05GHz peak frequency and Mali G710 MC10 GPU.

Based on this, we can surmise that the CPU in question is the Dimensity 9000 SoC. Notably, the listing also confirmed the existence of a 12GB RAM offering as well. The Honor 70 Pro+ will also run on Android 12 OS out of the box. Previously, we had also reported on the Honor 70 Pro with the model number SDY-AN00 on the Geekbench benchmark database, with a Dimensity 8000 chipset. The new high end premium smartphones are set to launch next week on 30th May 2022. So stick around, as we will be covering the launch event.
