Last month, the POCO F4 GT smartphone was officially announced for the global markets and now today, the company has introduced the device for the UK market.
The smartphone will be up for pre-order in the UK until 30th May and the company is offering a discounted price of £499 for those who pre-order the model that packs 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Once the introductory price period is over, the device will come back to its original cost of £699, a whooping £200 increase compared to the discounted price for those who pre-order.
The POCO F4 GT features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device has Gorilla Glass Victus protection and 10-bit color depth with over 1 billion colors.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There’s also LiquidCool technology 3.0 and the device comes with dual vapor chambers with a total area of 4860mm².
In the camera department, there’s a triple-camera setup that includes a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens (120-degree FOV), and an 8MP macro lens. On the front side, there’s a 20MP Sony IMX596 snapper for taking selfies and video calling.
The phone runs the Android 12 operating system with the company’s own MIUI 13 custom interface on top. It is powered by a 4,700mAh (2x 2350 dual-cell) battery with support for 120W HyperCharge fast charging support.
