Motorola has announced the Moto G42, a budget-friendly smartphone in Brazil. Like most of the other Motorola phones available in the market, the Moto G42 features a display with a centrally positioned punch-hole. It comes with a Snapdragon 6-series chip, packs a big battery, and flaunts a 50-megapixel triple camera unit. Here is all the information on the specifications, features, and price of the Moto G42.

The Moto G42 features a 6.4-inch g-OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 60Hz refresh rate. It has a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

The rear camera setup of the Moto G42 has a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 118-degree FOV, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The handset runs on the Android 12 OS. For security, the G42 is equipped with features like face unlock and a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The Snapdragon 680 chipset powers the Moto G42. It comes with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. For additional storage, it has a microSD slot. It houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W TurboCharge technology.

On the connectivity front, the G42 offers features like dual SIM slot, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
