The next-generation foldable smartphones from Samsung are rumored to debut on August 10, 2022. This includes the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 appeared on Geekbench last month, revealing the device’s key specifications. Now, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has made an appearance on the benchmarking website.

The Geekbanch listing reveals that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has the model number SM-F936U. It has an octa-core processor with one core clocked at 3.19 GHz, three cores clocked at 2.75GHz, and four cores clocked at 2.02GHz. The processor is paired with the Adreno 730 GPU making it pretty clear that the device houses a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Other than that, the listing reveals that the smartphone has 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 12-based operating system (OneUI 4.1). The listing does not reveal any other details, but thanks to an earlier leak by tipster Yogesh Brar, we already know what to expect from the device.

According to previous leaks, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will come with a 7.6-inch QXGA+ AMOLED inner panel and a 6.2-inch HD+ AMOLED panel for the outer screen. Both the outside and inside displays will offer a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset will come paired with either 12GB or 16GB RAM and will be available in 256GB and 512GB storage options.

For optics, the smartphone will have a triple camera setup on the rear headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It will be paired with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide unit and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom. The inner screen camera will be a 16-megapixel under-display unit, and on the front, the device will have a 10-megapixel snapper. Other than that, the device is said to feature a 4,400mAh capacity battery with 25W fast charging and operate on Android 12-based One UI.
