Samsung is expected to launch its next-generation foldable smartphones in a few months. The upcoming devices dubbed the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, have already had multiple specifications and design leaks.

Now, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website, revealing some of its key specifications. According to the listing, the device has an SM-F721U model number, which is the model number for the US variant.

The listing reveals that the smartphone runs an octa-core processor with four efficiency cores running at 1.80GHz, three cores running at 2.75GHz, and one high-performance core clocked at 3.19GHz. This chipset is the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chipset which is expected to be unveiled tomorrow (May 20).

Other than that, the device is revealed to have 8GB RAM and run on an Android-12-based operating system, likely the One UI 4.1. Coming to the benchmark results, the smartphone scored 1277 points on the single-core test and 3642 points on the multi-core test of Geekbench 5. The Geekbench database doesn’t reveal anything so let’s take a look at the leaked specifications so far.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is expected to measure 165.1 x 71.9 x 7.2mm making it slightly smaller but thicker than the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Its battery is rumored to be of 3,700mAh capacity which is 400mAh more than the current-gen flip. The device is also expected to come with 25W fast charging. A report from analyst Ross Young has also revealed that the smartphone will come in four new color options – Gold, Gray, Light Blue, and Light Violet.
