POCO is gearing up to soon launch the POCO X4 GT, which is essentially a rebranded Redmi Note 11T Pro. The device is scheduled to make its global debut on June 23rd. So let’s take a look at what we know so far.

Design & display

The renders for the upcoming X4 GT have already leaked showcasing the device with curved edges and a curved back. The front panel comes with thin bezels and a noticeable chin. The power button and the volume rocker are both located on the right side while the rectangular camera island appears to house three camera sensors and two LED flash modules.

The device is said to come with a 6.6-inch LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It will have 144Hz refresh rate and 650 nits of brightness. For protection, the display will have a Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Under the hood, the smartphone will likely house the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset paired with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. It will come configured with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Other than that, the X4 GT is said to have a large 5,080mAh battery with 67W fast charging support and will likely operate on Android 12-based MIUI 13 for POCO.

Camera

For optics, the POCO X4 GT will have the same camera setup as the Redmi Note 11T Pro. It will consist of three cameras on the back including a 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GW1 primary sensor with a 1.6μm pixel size. The primary sensor will be paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. On the front, the device will have a 20-megapixel sensor.
