Oppo has definitely improved its software game this year. Over the last few months, the Chinese OEM has released stable and beta ColorOS 12 updates for a lot of its devices. A host of its devices already have received a stable ColorOS 12 update. And now OPPO has announced the next batch of phones scheduled to receive stable ColorOS update 12 in July 2022. Let’s check out which devices will get the taste of Android 12 this month.
OPPO is planning to extend the latest version of ColorOS to several phones this month. This includes Oppo F21 Pro, Oppo A55, Oppo Find X5 Lite, and more. As per OPPO’s announcements, the stable update will start rolling out to the devices in India, Indonesia, France, China, and Japan from July 20 onwards. ColorOS 12 is an interesting update. It has loads of new features and improvements. For instance, it brings a new wallpaper-based theming system, which you might have already seen on Google’s Pixel devices. It is a part of the new Material You design language. Moreover, the update includes Screen Translate, Background Stream Canvas AOD, Android 12’s Privacy Dashboard, indicators for camera and microphone access, and a lot more.
