The Poco M4 5G is heading to the remaining global markets next week. It will be announced in a live stream scheduled for 6 PM GMT+8 on August 15. The event will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

Since the Poco M4 5G is already official in India, we know everything about it. In a nutshell, the device is a rebranded Redmi Note 11E with a different rear finish, a better selfie camera, and Android 12.

The handset is built around a 6.58-inch FHD+ display (LCD) with a 90Hz refresh rate and a dewdrop notch. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

The phone boots MIUI 13 for Poco based on Android 12. It sports a 50MP + 2MP dual camera system on the rear and an 8MP front-facing camera. It comes with useful tidbits like a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dedicated MicroSD card slot, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an IR blaster.

The IP52-rated smartphone offers dual-SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, and a USB Type-C port. Last but not least, it is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.
