Samsung announced the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable phones on Aug. 10. Since then, both phones have been available for pre-order in different countries. However, the South Korean tech giant began receiving the pre-bookings on Aug. 16. Yesterday (Aug. 18), the company took to its Twitter handle to confirm that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 have crossed 50,000+ pre-bookings in just 12 hours in India.
Those who purchased the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 during the Samsung Live event before midnight of Aug. 17 were entitled to receive Rs 5,199 (~$65) worth of Wireless Charger Duo for free. In addition, those who ordered the Galaxy Z Flip 4 Bespoke Edition during the same period got freebies like the Wireless Charger Duo and Slim Clear Cover, which is worth Rs 2,000 (~$25). These offers, which were exclusively available on Samsung’s website and in Samsung Exclusive stores, are no longer available. However, the company is the other launch offers are still available.
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 can also be pre-booked through leading offline and online stores. Readers should know that the Z Flip 4 Bespoke Edition and the 12GB RAM + 1 TB storage variant of the Z Fold 4 can be pre-booked only through Samsung’s site and Samsung Exclusive stores.
Customers who pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold 4 or Z Flip 4 can get Samsung Care+ for Rs 6,000 (~$75) after a 50 percent discount. Both foldables can be bought with no-cost EMI for up to 24 months.
Pre-ordering the Galaxy Z Fold 4 gets you Rs 8,000 ($100) cashback on HDFC credit or debit cards, an Rs 8,000 upgrade bonus, and the 46mm Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (Bluetooth edition) for Rs 2,999 (~$38). Customers who pre-order the Z Flip 4 can get Rs 7,000 (~$88) cashback on HDFC credit or debit cards, a Rs 7,000 upgrade bonus, and a 42mm Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (Bluetooth edition) for Rs 2,999.
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 start at Rs 1,54,999 (~$1,944) and Rs 89,999 (~$1,129), respectively. The above-mentioned above offers are exclusively available in India.
