Last week, OnePlus launched a new pair of wired earphones with a 3.5mm connector in the European markets. Now, tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed that the earbuds will soon be coming to the Indian market.

OnePlus Nord Wired Earphones

According to a tweet by Sharma, The OnePlus Nord wired earphones have been imported to India and the launch will likely happen next month in India. He adds that there will only be one color option available for the earphones – Black. The pricing and exact launch date are still under wraps. Let’s take a look at the specs and features of the upcoming earphones.

OnePlus Nord Wired Earphones specifications

Design-wise, the OnePlus Nord Wired Earphones look quite similar to the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z neckband earphones. They feature  9.2mm dynamic drivers and a 0.42cc sound cavity. The Nord Wired Earphones come with an IPX4 water-resistant rating, meaning they can hold their own against sweat and accidental splashes.

The control panel of the Nord Wired Earphones houses the in-line microphone. The physical controls make it simple to click on the power, volume up, or volume down buttons to get immediate input.

The earphones have magnets on the back side that make them more manageable when traveling around. When clipped together, the Nord Wired Earphones pause the music or any media that is currently playing on the smartphone.

According to the manufacturer, OnePlus phones with a 3.5mm audio jack perform best with the Nord Wired Earphones. However, they are compatible with any device that has a 3.5mm audio connector.

Pricing (expected)

As for pricing, considering that the earphones are available in the EU region for €19.99, we can expect them to cost below ₹1,500 as OnePlus products are usually priced lower in India compared to European markets. This, however, however is a guess at the moment so we advise you to take it with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for more.
