Several leaks have revealed that iQOO is working on the iQOO Z6 and iQOO Z6 for China. Both smartphones are expected to debut this month in the country. Well-known Chinese tipster, Digital Chat Station’s latest Weibo post has revealed the variants and color options of the Z6 series of smartphones.

According to the tipster, the IQOO Z6 will be equipped with a high refresh rate display, which appears to be a 120Hz IPS LCD panel. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ chipset and to carry support for 80W rapid charging. For photography, it will be equipped with a 64-megapixel triple camera unit.

The Z6 will be available in variants, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It will be sold in colors like Ink Jade, Golden Orange, and Xinghai.

The major specs of the iQOO Z6x are under wraps. However, it is said to house a big battery and carry support for 44W fast charging.  Buyers will be able to choose from configurations, such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.

The iQOO Z6 and Z6x have recently been certified by the 3C authority in China. It appears that both devices will debut by August end in China. Hence, it seems that the Chinese manufacturer will soon confirm the launch date for the Z6 duo in the next few days.

In related news, iQOO is reportedly planning to launch a device called the iQOO Z6 Lite (4G device) in India in September. It is said to be very similar to the Vivo T1x and is likely to start at around Rs 11,999 (~$150) in the country.
