Up front, the device is confirmed to come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and a dew-drop notch.

This will be the first device in India to come with the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. For those unaware, the Helio G99 is basically an upgraded Helio G96 chipset, which is now based on a 6nm node rather than a 12nm node. The chipset will be complemented by 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

The smartphone will have a 108MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and an AI lens as far as optics go. A 16MP camera for selfies and video calls will be on the front. A sizable 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W rapid charging will power it. The phone will utilize Android 12 under an XOS 10.6 overlay.

Pricing (expected)

Considering that Infinix is targeting the budget segment with this smartphone, it won’t be a surprise if the Note 12 4G launches with a price tag of under Rs. 15,000. Its 5G counterpart dubbed the Infinix Note 12 5G launched with a starting price of Rs. 17,999 in India.
