Samsung Galaxy A53 5G has received a price cut in India. The smartphone was launched earlier in March this year in the country. It is available in 6GB and 8GB RAM configurations. Both variants of the Galaxy A53 5G are now cheaper by up to Rs 3,500. However, it’s unclear if the device has received a permanent price cut or if it is for a limited period. The revised pricing is reflected across Samsung’s official website, Amazon, Flipkart, Vijay Sales, and Croma. 

Galaxy A53 5G

The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G carried a starting price tag of Rs 34,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB option. It has received a price cut of Rs 3,500 thus making it available for Rs 31,499. The 8GB + 128GB variant was available for Rs 35,999. After becoming cheaper by Rs 3,000, it can now be purchased for Rs 32,999. Interested customers purchasing from Amazon and Samsung.com can also take advantage of exchange offer on old smartphones which can reduce the price of the Galaxy A53 5G.

As for the core specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G comes with a 6.5-inch Infinity-O sAMOLED display bearing an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner and has an elevating camera module on the back panel. 

On the optics front, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G sports quad-rear cameras. The setup comprises a 64MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP depth and 5MP macro lenses. The smartphone has a 32MP front-facing selfie snapper. 

Internally, the Galaxy A53 5G is powered by a 5nm Exynos 1280 processor. It packs either 6GB or 8GB RAM paired with 128GB onboard storage. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 25W fast charging.
