The Blackview Tab 13 tablet has been launched and it comes with some impressive specs. The new Blackview tablet runs on Android 12 and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. It also has a 1200p display and is available in two colors.
The Helio G85 chipset also powers a few other popular devices like the Moto G31 and Moto G41. The chip features two Cortex-A75 cores, six Cortex-A55 cores, and a Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. The tablet has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. It also has a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. The Blackview Tab 13 weighs 450g and has a 7.7mm chassis. It has an LTE modem, two card slots for the SIM and microSD expansion, and runs on Android 12.
The new tablet supports RAM expansion up to 3GB and has TUV Rheinland low blue light certification. It has a PC Mode and a battery that can deliver up to 1,080 hours of standby. The storage is expandable up to 1TB and offers depth for both work and play applications. The new RAM expansion technology gives the Tab 13 the ability for heavy-duty multi-tasking and options for gaming and entertainment. You can run more apps simultaneously in the background and switch seamlessly between tasks.
The Blackview Tab 13 is priced at $178.99 with Twilight Blue and Space Grey color options. The new tablet squares up with the Jumper EZpad M10S. The M10S is however powered by the slightly higher UNISOC Tiger T618 chipset. The package of the Tab 13 includes a charger and a screen protector. An optional detachable keyboard for the Blackview Tab 13 costs $20. With an affordable price and having Android 12 pre-installed, the new tablet could have a headstart in the market.
