Just like this week, there won’t be many smartphone launches in the forthcoming one as well. We are only expecting two handsets. One of them will be announced for global markets, while the other one will be debuting exclusively in China.
The common aspect between these phones is limited availability. Though one of them will be a global product, it will be only available in a select few markets.
Further, both phones are unique in their own way. Let’s take a look at them one by one.
Nzone is a brand by China Mobile, which is China’s largest carrier. The phones under this brand are developed by Huawei.
The upcoming Nzone 50 Pro will be the latest model. It will be announced at 2:08 PM CST on August 29.
Rumors say that the device will be based on Huawei Enjoy 50 Pro. However, unlike the original handset, this one may have support for 5G connectivity.
It is expected to come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, 50MP triple camera system, 5,000mAh battery, 40W wired fast charging support, and more.
2. Sony Xperia 5 IV
Sony Xperia 5 III
Sony has scheduled to announce a new smartphone on September 1. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube from 9 AM CEST.
The Japanese company hasn’t disclosed anything about this handset. But as per rumors, it could be Sony Xperia 5 IV, which was allegedly spotted on FCC recently.
The latest compact flagship smartphone from Sony is expected to arrive with a 6-inch 120Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8/8+ Gen 1 SoC, triple camera setup, dual stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack, and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
