Redmi 11 Prime 5G launch date in India has been announced. It is set to debut in the country on September 6th at 12 noon. The company has put up a dedicated microsite of the upcoming offering on its official website. The smartphone’s Amazon availability has also been confirmed. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G will arrive as the successor to the Redmi 10 Prime that was launched last year.

The microsites on Xiaomi’s website and Amazon reveal key specifications of the Redmi 11 Prime 5G. The device is teased to come with prime display, prime camera, prime design, prime performance, prime power, and prime connectivity. The upcoming offering has a waterdrop notch and a rectangular camera module on the back panel. It lacks a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner suggesting that it may be embedded in the power button. The smartphone is seen in a Mint Green colour option.
As per the microsite, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G is confirmed to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It will feature dual rear camera setup of a 50MP primary sensor paired with a secondary lens. The upcoming offering will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit The smartphone is teased to come with dual SIM slots with both supporting 5G connectivity network.
