Tecno is reportedly gearing up to launch the Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition in India next month (September). It will likely have the same specifications as the Camon 19 Pro but will flaunt an entirely unique design. The Mondrian edition smartphone uses polychromatic photoisomer technology that enables it to change color in sunlight, something Vivo has been doing for years.
MySmartPrice, citing industry sources, claims that Tecno is preparing to launch a new smartphone dubbed, Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition in India in September. The exact launch date is yet to be specified.
Further, the publication claims the smartphone will feature the same specifications as the Tecno Camon 19 Pro that was launched earlier this month. In addition, the company has already revealed the design of the phone through a Youtube video.
The phone can be seen to have multiple rectangular blocks on the back. In normal conditions, the phone is having a white colored back panel but in the presence of sunlight, its back panel changes colors. Unlike the Vivo’s V25 Pro, the Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition shows multiple colors when exposed to sunlight. The overall design of the phone looks quite interesting and premium.
Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition Specifications (Expected)
Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition will flaunt a 6.8-inch tall IPS LCD panel offering Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, it will be powered by a Mediatek Helio G96 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.
For photography, it will have a triple-camera setup on the back consisting of a 64MP main camera sensor with support for optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP portrait sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. While on the front, it will feature a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
The Camon 19 Pro Mondrian edition will be fueled by a 5000mAh battery and support 33W fast charging support. It will Android 12-based HiOS 8.6 out of the box.
