OPPO might soon bring a new A series smartphone, dubbed the OPPO A17, to the global as well as Indian market. The device was recently spotted on GCF and BIS India databases. Now it has made an appearance on the US FCC website, hinting at an imminent launch. OPPO A17 is expected to be the successor to the OPPO A16, which was launched back in September 2021 with a 6.52-inch HD+ display, Helio G35, and a 5,000mAh battery.

As per a report by MySmartPrice, OPPO A17 has been listed on the FCC database bearing the model number CPH2477. It is listed to feature a 5000mAh battery and support 10W charging. The device is also confirmed to run Android 12 out of the box. It will likely have ColorOS 12 skin on the top. The listing suggests the OPPO A17 will support 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz WiFi.
