iQOO is expected to announce the iQOO Neo 7 in October in China. Ahead of the launch has revealed several key features of the Neo 7. Tipster Digital Chat Station has tipped the fast-charging capabilities of the phone.

While responding to a Weibo user, the reliable Chinese tipster revealed that the Neo 7 will have support for 120W fast charging. Since the Neo 6 had support for 80W charging, this will be an improvement.

Other reports have revealed that the iQOO Neo 7 will be equipped with the Dimensity 9000+. The device will sport a flat E5 AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 powers the device with up to 12 GB of LPDDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit. It has a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

In related news, iQOO has reportedly started working on the iQOO 11 series. The lineup may include the iQOO 11 and 11 Pro handsets. Both devices are expected to feature an E6 AMOLED display with curved edges and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The iQOO 10 Pro 5G debuted as the world’s first phone with support for 200W fast charging. Hence, it is likely that the iQOO 11 Pro will also support 200W charging.
