OnePlus is teasing the arrival of its first Nord-branded smartwatch called the OnePlus Nord Watch. Its landing page is now live on OnePlus India’s website. It appears that the smartwatch will break cover by the end of this month in the country. Ahead of the launch, reliable tipster Mukul Sharma (aka Stufflistings) has shared a render of the OnePlus Nord Watch to give a good look at its design.
The OnePlus Nord Watch can be seen in the Midnight Black color in the leaked render. The image reveals that the device is fitted with a square-shaped display with a crown on its right edge. It seems to be equipped with a silicone strap. The image suggests that the Nord Watch will offer some health tracking features like a heart rate sensor, step counter, calories burned, and more.
OnePlus Nord Watch specifications (rumoured)
OnePlus has already confirmed that the Nord Watch will feature a 1.78-inch AMOLED display that offers 368 x 448 pixels resolution and 500 nits of peak brightness. The company will be revealing more details about the Nord Watch on Sept. 22, 24, 26, and 28 through its landing page.
However, Sharma has tipped some of the key features that will be available on the Nord Watch. The smartwatch will arrive with 105 fitness modes, SpO2 tracker, a heart rate tracker, stress monitoring, and women’s health tracking.
The Nord Watch will support multiple watch faces and offer Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. While there is no word on the battery size, it is expected to last for up to 10 days on a single charge. Rumors are rife that it will come in black, white, and gold. It could cost anywhere between Rs 5,000 ($62) and Rs 8,000 ($102).
