Xiaomi’s next major launch event will be held on Oct. 4. The company will use the platform to announce the Xiaomi 12T series of smartphones and the Redmi Pad. Apart from the 12T lineup and Redmi tablet, the company is also expected to announce a few more devices at the same launch event.

The Xiaomi 12T series launch event will begin at 14:00 GMT+2 on Oct. 4. The event will be livestreamed across the company’s social media accounts on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Mi.com.
Xiaomi 12T series
The major attraction of the Oct. 4 launch event will be the Xiaomi 12T series. The lineup comprises of two devices, the Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro. The former is said to feature the Dimensity 8100 Ultra chipset, whereas the latter is expected to arrive as the company’s first Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 powered flagship for the global market. The 12T Pro will also be Xiaomi’s first 200-megapixel camera smartphone.

Redmi Pad
The Redmi Pad will be launched in the global market as well as India (at 12 pm local time) on the same day. Some of its key features include a 10.61-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, the Helio G99, and an 8,000mAh battery. Recent reports have revealed its entire specifications. In addition, an unboxing video of the tablet was also spotted last week.
Other devices
Xiaomi also confirmed that a couple of other devices will be announced on Oct. 4. It will be unveiling the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro fitness tracker, the Robot Vacuum X10+, and the Xiaomi TV Q2 series.
