The Tronsmart Bang Mini speaker has been unveiled and it comes with a compact design. The Bang Mini is the latest iteration of the Tronsmart Bang RGB-enabled Bluetooth speaker. The new portable speaker has an in-built power bank and it retains about 83% of the audio power of its bigger sibling. It also retains the same form factor as the Bang.
The Bang Mini has the same maximum playback time as the Bang even with a smaller onboard battery. The new speaker outputs 50W audio as compared to the 60W output of the Bang. The Bang Mini has a 4-speaker system with dual 25W woofers. It offers deep bass close to that of its bigger version. It retains the same charging ingress-protection, SoundPlus Audio, and NFC features as the Bang. The Bang Mini, however, supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and is lighter than its predecessor. It also features RGB lighting with different modes like its predecessor.
The Tronsmart Bang Mini has a 4,000mAh battery that delivers up to 15 hours of playback with RGB lighting inactive. It has a significantly reduced battery capacity compared to the Bang’s 10,000mAh battery. This means that there is less power to share with another device. The Bang Mini, however, lacks the SoundConnect functionality that allows up to 100 compatible units to sync up the audio output.
The Bang Mini TWS portable speaker is priced at $89.99 on Geekbuying or Amazon, while a 15% discount is also available for buyers until October 13.
