Last month, Lava announced the Lava Blaze 5G during the India Mobile Congress 2022 event. The smartphone was rumored to debut around Diwali in the country. However, the festival of lights has come and gone, and the device is still nowhere to be seen on the market. Now, the company has confirmed the formal launch of the phone in India via Amazon.
The Lava Blaze 5G will be unveiled in India on November 3rd, which is just a few days away. As we already know, the device will have 5G connectivity and will be aimed at the budget range, roughly around the Rs 10,000 mark. Let’s take a closer look at the Lave Blaze 5G phone’s specifications.
Lava Blaze 5G specs & features
The Lava Blaze 5G comes with a 6.5-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a waterdrop notch. The power button houses a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. A rectangular camera module on the back panel holds a 50MP main sensor, a depth lens, and a macro unit. The smartphone has an 8MP selfie camera on the front.
The Lava Blaze 5G is equipped with a processor called the Dimensity 700 that supports eight 5G bands. It has a 128GB internal storage capacity with support for a dedicated microSD card slot, 4GB of RAM, 3GB of virtual RAM, and these features. The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 12 OS. A battery with a capacity of 5,000mAh powers the Lava Blaze 5G.
The smartphone has dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity. The smartphone will be available in colors like blue and green.
