Honor has officially announced that it is conducting a flagship product launch in China. The event is set to take place at 2:30 pm local time on November 23rd. Honor hasn’t explicitly revealed what it plans to launch at the upcoming event. We expect the brand to start sharing teasers in the coming days leading up to the launch event.

Reports suggest that Honor may unveil the Honor 80 series smartphones along with the Magic V2 foldable phone. The brand is also expected to announce Magic UI 7.0 at the event. Popular tipster Digital Chat Station also revealed that these will be three announcements at the upcoming event. To recall, the Honor 70 series and Honor Magic V debuted earlier this year.

As per rumours, the Honor Magic V2 is tipped to be a thinner and lighter device compared to its predecessor. It may be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and be backed by a 5,000mAh battery life. Apart from this, the device may not pack any major upgrades.

Coming to the Honor 80 series, it will comprise regular, Pro and Pro+ models. The design is said to be the key highlight of the upcoming offering. The standard variant is expected to be equipped with a Dimensity 1080 SoC whereas the Pro model will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G. The Honor 80 and 80 Pro are tipped to feature 64MP and 108MP primary camera sensors respectively. The Honor 80 lineup will also reportedly include a Pro+ model that is said to come with a 1.5K flexible curved AMOLED display, 200MP main lens, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and 200W fast charging.
