A couple of months back, Asus launched the ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition smartphone in the market. Now, the brand has brought a new special edition device for fans of Blizzard’s Diablo series. The smartphone is called the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition and is essentially a ROG Phone 6 with visual and UI modifications.
The “Hellfire Red” semi-matte coating on the back of the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition creates a unique flame effect when viewed from various angles. Along with a cool-looking sketch-like depiction of Al’Diabolos, the Lord of Terror, there is also an RGB-lit Diablo Immortal logo.
Internally, Asus has layered the UI with a special Diablo theme along with notification sounds inspired by in-game audio. The packaging of the device resembles a Horadic Cube and the inner red box is shaped like a Worldstone shard. There is also a “Fahir’s Light” UV torch for uncovering hidden details on the Diablo-themed phone case in addition to the gold-colored “Immortality Ejector Pin” for the SIM tray. The “Map of Sanctuary” is a travel-friendly pouch for the charger and cable.
Spec-wise, the device remains the same with a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel, 165Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset complemented by 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The battery has a 6000mAh capacity and supports 65W fast charging, for which the charger is included in the box.
Starting today (November 18), you can get the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition for $1,299 from Asus online store.
