OPPO has confirmed that the company will be hosting its annual technology conference named OPPO Inno Day from 14th December to 15th December, where the flagship smartphones from the brand will get unveiled.

The OPPO Find N2 smartphone is set to be officially launched in the Chinese market on 15th December, during OPPO Inno Day. It appears that there will be more than one device in the lineup — Find N2 and Find N2 Flip.

The Find N2 smartphone will come with a traditional book-style foldable design similar to its predecessor, but for the first time, the company will have a flip folding smartphone in the form of OPPO Find N2 Flip.

Pete Lau, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at OPPO, said that the Find N2 uses innovative materials and reconstructs key structural components to bring a major breakthrough in the weight of the foldable screens and to upgrade the display, video and performance of the device.

If the reports are to be believed, then the OPPO Find N2 Flip will come with a greatly improved basic experience, including better battery life, signals, and creases. It is touted to have the industry’s largest vertically folding screen on the external side of the device, to offer a rich interactive experience.

Based on the leaks, the Find N2 will feature a 7.1-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, coupled with 12GB of RAM. There will be a triple-camera setup that will include a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP lens, and a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto lens. As for the software, the device will run Android 13-based ColorOS.

OPPO Find N, the first foldable smartphone from the company, saw more than a million reservations within just a month when it was released in the market. This helped the phone become the second best-selling foldable smartphone in the first half of this year and obtained the highest product satisfaction in the company’s history.
