ZTE-backed Nubia has already confirmed that the company will launch its upcoming Z-series flagship smartphone — Nubia Z50 in China on 19th December.

Now, the company has revealed that along with the smartphone, a new version of its operating system — MyOS 13 will also get released on 19th December, which comes with upgrades and some new features.

It is revealed that the upcoming MyOS 13 will come with a refreshed design, a step-less speed change technology, and the overall system fluency will be increased by 30 percent.

As of now, the company has not revealed much about the new update to the user interface, but we expect to know more in the coming days thorugh teasers. It’s likely that the MyOS 13 will be based on the new Android 13 operating system.

Coming to the Nubia Z50, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which was announced last month and uses LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. A few smartphones have already launched powered by this new chipset, and we expect most of the upcoming flagship phones to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

The company has confirmed that it will be equipped with a brand-new 35mm custom optical system where the light input exceeds 1-inch primary camera sensor. Further, the company revealed that the device would also support Starry Sky Photography and will also offer several different types of photography modes.
