OnePlus Buds Pro debuted last year with decent sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and an attractive design. Now the company is all set to introduce the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 in February and has even confirmed its design today. The upcoming earbuds look virtually identical to the brand’s first-gen hearables with a few changes here and there. Let’s have a closer look at the details.

OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch the brand new OnePlus Buds Pro 2 in India on February 7 alongside the flagship OnePlus 11. However, it seems the earbuds will debut sooner in China as the brand has already started teasing its design.

The Chinese OEM recently took to Weibo to reveal the design of the upcoming OnePlus Buds Pro 2. As mentioned, they look a lot more similar to the original OnePlus Buds Pro. Of course, there are minor changes. For instance, the stem of each bud has a microphone cutout that seems twice as large as before.

The TWS earphones are pictured in Arbor Green color and they look quite premium. The company has only revealed one color but it’s likely that there will be more options. There’s also a Dynaudio logo on the buds, which suggests OnePlus has teamed up with the Danish audio company for better tuning.

The case of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 also looks quite familiar. It is compact and shaped liked a pebble. There’s a glossy finish with the OnePlus logo embossed on the top.

Previous reports suggest the earbuds will have 11mm and 6mm dual drivers, and support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 45db, LHDC 4.0 codec as well as spatial audio. They may offer up to 9 hours of playtime with ANC off and extra 38 hours with the charging case.
