Honor has released the Honor Router X4 Pro in China. The Honor Router X4 Pro supports Wi-Fi 6.0 connectivity with a dual-band wireless rate of 1.5 Gbps. The router is equipped with OFDMA + MU-MIMO technology, with a 30% reduction in delay times. The launch of the new Honor wireless router was during the brand’s product launch conference on December 26.

The router has a plastic body and omits a USB port. It has 128MB of memory and supports app control. It has its own game accelerator and comes with a budget-friendly price tag. The Router X4 Pro generates minimal internet delay in multi-user scenarios while the average delay of games is reduced by 20%. It has three Ethernet ports with Gigabit-speed capabilities.

The X4 Pro supports child internet protection and uses the LDPC wireless error algorithm. It has 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz dual-band integration and Mesh networking. Due to its high-speed Ethernet ports, there is no distinction between the WAN and LAN ports.

The Honor Router X4 Pro is currently retailing in China at a launch price of 169 yuan (~$50). The original price of the wireless router is 179 yuan (~$26) and the presale period is up to December 30. You can purchase the Honor Router X4 Pro from leading e-commerce platforms in China like Jingdong. Global availability details of the Router X4 Pro are not available yet.
