OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next-generation flagship smartphone in its home country China tomorrow, i.e., on 4th January, ahead of the phone’s scheduled global launch next month.

The company will start the OnePlus 11 launch event at 02:30 PM local time in China, and the event will be live-streamed on the company’s official website in China.

The smartphone was recently spotted on TENAA, revealing full specifications. As per the listing, the OnePlus 11 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display offering s a Quad HD+ screen resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, and an under-screen fingerprint scanner for security.

Under the hood, the device will come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, coupled with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The phone is said to come with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and IP54 certification for water and dust resistance.

In the camera department, there’s a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP telephoto sensor. On the front side, the phone has a 16MP snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

The smartphone will run the latest Android 13 operating system out-of-the-box with the company’s own ColorOS 13 on top for the Chinese version, while the global version will have the OxygenOS custom interface. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.
