ASUS has showcased the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM with up to 1,000 nits of brightness and a 2.5K display. The announcement comes on the eve of CES 2023, which kicks off on January 5 in Las Vegas. The ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM is a 27-inch gaming monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate.

The new ASUS gaming monitor is among a raft of premium products to be showcased during CES 2023. ASUS expects the product to appeal to a wide range of gamers with its impressive features. It sports a 2,560 x 1,440 pixels native resolution (2.5K/ 1440p) and a response time of 0.03 ms. Other features are 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and 135% sRGB color space. The gaming monitor also has Delta E<2 color deviation factory calibration.

The ROG Swift OLED has an anti-glare micro-texture coating which is excellent during gaming. A custom heat sink and a large vent provide sufficient cooling capabilities for the gaming monitor. The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM will also come with an updated DisplayWidget Center for enhanced functionality.

There are still a few details lacking for the new ASUS ROG Swift OLED gaming monitor. Its release date and pricing information could surface during CES 2023. There are speculations however that the monitor will be available later this year.
