A new Tecno smartphone called the Spark Go 2023 has been spotted on the Indonesia Telecom website. The “Go” in the moniker of the smartphone suggests it could debut as a budget smartphone. The listing did not reveal any specifications of the smartphone but hints at an imminent launch in Indonesia as well as other markets.
The Tecno Spark series is quite popular among buyers who are looking for a value-for-money smartphone. The lineup includes devices like Tecno Spark 9 Pro, Spark 9, Spark 9T, and more. The company also makes flagship smartphones under the Phantom series.
In related news, Tecno is reportedly planning to launch the premium Phantom X2 Pro in India by the end of this month. As mentioned, the smartphone comes with a unique design and features a retractable portrait camera. The pre-booking for the handset will begin on January 17 through Amazon.
The handset is powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset, paired with 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage. It has a 6.8-inch AMOLED FHD+ curved-edge display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset packs a 5,160mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
