Vivo is planning on launching a new T series smartphone, which will be the success to its T1 model. The device in question will likely be called the Vivo T2 5G and is expected to launch soon after being spotted getting certified online.

The upcoming mid range smartphone was recently spotted on the Google Play Console, which confirms its specifications. Looking at the online listing, the T2 5G will feature the V2222 model number. Furthermore, it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is oddly the same processor that the T1 5G featured last year. This processor comes with the Adreno 619 GPU and will likely be paired with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The listing revealed that the smartphone will run on Android 13 OS out of the box, which will arrive with the Funtouch OS 13 custom skin on top. It will also sport a Full HD+ display, with what appears to be a waterdrop notch on the front. Unfortunately, this is all the information that was shared on the certification. Considering how this model had surfaced on the Google Play Console, the device will likely be launching soon. So stick around for more as we will be providing updates when additional information is available regarding this device.
