OnePlus has launched its first tablet in the global market called the OnePlus Pad. This tablet has impressive specifications like a QHD+ LCD display with HDR+ support, and a flagship-grade Dimensity 9000 chipset.
The pricing and availability details were scarce when the tablet was first introduced. But now, the brand has specified that the OnePlus Pad will be offered for sale through online and physical retail channels, with availability set for April. A microsite has confirmed that the tablet will be available to purchase off Flipkart. Additionally, it will also be available to purchase from OnePlus.in and OnePlus offline stores.
OnePlus Pad specs & features
The OnePlus boasts an 11.6-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,800 x 2,000 pixels resolution, and a peak brightness of 500 nits. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The OnePlus Pad promises to deliver an exceptional entertainment experience with features such as support for Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, and Omnibearing Sound Field technology. Additionally, the tablet is equipped with a large 9,510mAh battery that can be charged quickly using the 67W fast charger, and the company claims it can last for up to one month on standby.
The camera setup on the tablet includes a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. It operates on Android 13, powered by OxygenOS 13, and includes some exclusive tablet features such as automatic connection with other OnePlus devices for OTP verification, cellular sharing, and enhanced text messaging, as well as file sharing capabilities. The device is equipped with a fingerprint sensor, a quad-speaker system, Dolby Atmos audio technology, and Wi-Fi 6 for improved connectivity.
