Nokia X30 5G has launched in India today. The Finnish brand has been teasing the device on its Twitter handle for the last few days. The latest offering had debuted in the global markets in September last year. The Indian variant also comes with the same specifications. The Nokia X30 5G competes against smartphones under the Rs 50,000 price bracket. Read on to know what it offers out of the box.

The Nokia X30 5G is an environmentally friendly smartphone made up of 100 percent recycled aluminium and 65 percent plastic. It has a compact form factor and an octagonal-shaped rear camera module. On the front, the device features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout and an integrated fingerprint scanner. It offers an FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 700nits peak brightness. The smartphone is shielded by Gorilla Glass Victus and is IP67-certified waterproof. 

The Nokia X30 5G features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS support and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 16MP front-facing selfie snapper. 

Under the hood, the Nokia X30 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor. It packs 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone is backed by a 4,200mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. On the software front, the device runs on Android 12 out of the box and comes with three years of OS upgrades as well as monthly security updates. 

The Nokia X30 5G carries a price tag of Rs 48,999 and is offered in Ice White and Cloudy Blue colours. The pre-booking starts on the brand’s websites, Amazon, and leading retail outlets from today with sales commencing February 20th.
